Journal of Management and Informatics (JMI), with P-ISSN 2961-7731 and E-ISSN 2961-7472, presents Vol. 5 No. 2 (2026): August Season as part of its commitment to disseminating high-quality research at the intersection of management, business, governance, information systems, and emerging digital technologies. This issue features eight articles addressing contemporary topics including profitability and competition in capacity-constrained oligopolies, assistive technology for SDGs-based educational games, board oversight in financial distress decision-making, AI-driven multi-criteria models for strategic corporate social responsibility, ethical trade-offs in executive financial strategy, social media sentiment analysis for SME customer engagement, ethical algorithmic monitoring in food delivery platforms, and governance challenges associated with Shadow AI. Collectively, these contributions demonstrate the growing integration of data-driven methods, artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and ethical governance within modern managerial research and decision-making.
